Blue Citrus Studio Beauty Products are readily available at our warehouse to ship out.
Blue Citrus Studio shipping fees will become visible after you have added products to the shopping cart and entered to the checkout page.
Orders will be shipped out using (name of courier) courier service.
Orders of in-stock items will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise notified).
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been received and one sent to you when it is shipped.
Orders can be shipped to a residence or business address. No Signature required.
Blue Citrus Studio is committed to providing quality service. We take pride in our specialized customer experience as well as the unsurpassed quality of our workmanship. In the event that you decide to return a purchase made online, please review the following terms:
Our policy is extended for 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, regrettably we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, have no damage, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging and must include all packing material.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address on the packing slip.
Ship the item via service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
