Evening Bath Ritual

Ways to elevate your evening to better your well-being through self-care routines:

Create a routine with your self-care products. In the evening it’s all about my Bath! This is the time I carve out daily to relax and reflect on my day. I create an oasis by lighting candles, choosing relaxing music and pouring a hot bath. To the bath I add 2 cups of epsom salt and one dropper of my ‘bath drops’.

An hour or two before bed I soak in the tub for 20-30 minutes (or longer). When you soak in a hot tub your temperature rises and the steep drop at bedtime is more likely to put you in a deep sleep, as it is a signal to the body that it is time for sleep. The Essential Oils in Bath Drops promote relaxation and calm as do the body oils. During my bath I use one of the Body Polishes, apply my G.L.O.W. Serum and give myself a lymphatic drainage massage, (see technique). Lastly, I apply ’Sleep Well’ to the bottom of my feet and drift off into Dreamland!
